Hi 👋 Megan here, creator and owner of STFU Apparel. I'm so happy you're here! 

After years of struggling with sound sensitivity, I learned there is a real disorder called Misophonia (meaning hatred of sound, if you've never heard of it). But, chances are if you've made it here, you know it well ❤️‍🩹 

The concept of STFU Apparel came about in December of 2022. A quick story time...

After a holiday gathering where tostadas were served unexpectedly, a cacophony of crunching homemade tostada shells sent me out the door and down the street for a walk to phone a friend. 

Struggling to cope, I went home that night to find myself searching online for a shirt, sweatshirt, sticker... anything that could bring me amusement while broadcasting to the world that some people, like myself, suffer from sound sensitivity. 

I found one cool mug on Etsy and that was it. I was bummed. I decided to design a sweatshirt for myself and it snowballed from there. 

Now, with an online storefront featuring over a dozen of my designs, I am so excited to finally be able to share it all with you!
